Air ticketing is where we started, and it is still what we do best.
Madhumati Holidays has issued tickets for Ahmedabad families and businesses since 2010 — from a Monday-morning Ahmedabad–Mumbai seat to a 40-person group block to Bangkok. You get a fare we have actually compared, a ticket in your WhatsApp within minutes, and a person to call when a flight is cancelled at midnight.
Domestic tickets
All Indian carriers. Same-day and next-day bookings, senior-citizen and student fares where airlines offer them, extra-baggage and seat selection added at booking so there are no airport surprises.
International tickets
Direct and one-stop fares from Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Delhi to South-East Asia, the Gulf, Europe, the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. We check baggage rules, transit-visa needs and connection times before we issue anything.
Group bookings
Ten seats or a hundred. We block group fares with airlines for weddings, corporate offsites, school trips and our own yatra departures, with name changes allowed until close to travel.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
We handle date changes and cancellations on tickets we have issued and chase airline refunds on your behalf — the part of ticketing that online portals leave to you.
Disruption support
Flight cancelled or missed a connection? Call us. We have rebooked clients from Delhi at midnight and from Leh in a snowstorm. That is the reason to book with an agent rather than an app.
Visa, insurance and forex
For international travel we handle the visa paperwork, travel insurance and foreign exchange alongside the ticket, so one conversation covers the whole trip.
How to book
Send us the route, dates, number of passengers and whether you want the cheapest or the most convenient option — on WhatsApp or by phone. We reply with two or three fares and a recommendation, usually within the hour during office time. Confirm, pay by UPI or bank transfer, and the e-ticket arrives on WhatsApp and email.
For international travel, send a photo of each passport's first page; we check validity (six months beyond travel) and visa needs before quoting.
Fare honesty
Airline fares change hourly and we do not control them. We quote the fare live, tell you if we think waiting a day will help, and never add hidden charges — our service fee, where one applies, is shown separately.
