Groups are where a local operator earns its keep. Since 2010 we have moved corporate teams, extended families, societies and friends' groups across India and abroad — blocking flights and rooms early, feeding everyone properly, and keeping one person accountable from the first quote to the last transfer home.
Corporate & MICE
Offsites, dealer and channel-partner trips, incentive tours, conferences and annual meets. Meeting rooms, AV, banquet menus, team activities, branded welcome kits, and a single GST invoice your accounts team will accept.
Family leisure groups
Joint families, cousins travelling together, a group of school friends and their families. We build the pace around the oldest and youngest travellers, not the average.
Society, samaj & community trips
Large yatra and leisure groups from Ahmedabad — 40 to 150 travellers, coach convoys, Gujarati tour managers, and food arranged at every stop.
Weddings & celebrations
Destination weddings and milestone birthdays: room blocks, guest arrival and departure transfers, and a desk to handle the fifty guests who change their plans in the last week.
Group air fares
We block group seats with airlines rather than buying individual tickets, which holds the fare and allows name changes until close to travel. More on air tickets →

Pure-veg, Jain and Swaminarayan requirements confirmed with every hotel and restaurant in writing before departure — for 20 people or 120.
How a group booking runs
Groups need to start earlier than individual trips. Three to six months out we block flights and rooms on a hold, which costs nothing and protects the price. You confirm numbers in stages as people commit, and we release what you do not need before the deadline.
Once it is confirmed, you get a rooming list, a day-by-day operations sheet, and one coordinator's number. For larger groups a tour manager travels with you from Ahmedabad and stays with the group throughout.
Costing that adds up
Group quotes are per person on twin sharing, with the single-occupancy supplement and the child rates shown separately so nobody is surprised later. Where the group is large enough to earn complimentary seats, we tell you and pass the benefit into the price rather than quietly keeping it.
Sizes we handle
From ten travellers to a hundred and fifty. Below ten it is usually cheaper to book as an individual trip, and we will say so.
