Tourist e-visas
Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, UAE, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali/Indonesia and other e-visa destinations — filed through our processing partners including Atlys, usually turned around in 2–5 working days.
Visa-on-arrival & free-entry countries
Where Indian passport holders qualify for visa-free entry or visa-on-arrival, we tell you plainly — no need to pay for processing you don't need — and brief you on the documents to carry at immigration.
Longer-process visas
Schengen Europe, UK, USA, Canada and Australia: appointment booking, biometrics scheduling, financial and itinerary documentation, and cover letters — prepared correctly the first time, because a rejected application costs you time you cannot get back.
Business & work visas
Business visas for trade visits and conferences, and work-visa paperwork support for a handful of countries our corporate clients travel to most.
Group & family visas
One tracker for the whole group's passports and applications — useful for weddings, corporate trips and family holidays where fifteen passports are moving through the same process at once.
Document checks before we file
We check passport validity (six months beyond travel, enough blank pages), photo specifications and supporting documents before submission, so applications don't bounce back for something we could have caught.
What a visa costs, roughly
Government and consular fees change without notice and are charged at the rate on the day we file — we always confirm the exact figure before you pay. The "price with us" below already includes our service charge, which works out to about 30% over the government fee, and covers document review, form filing, appointment booking and status tracking. For Schengen, UK, USA, Canada and Australia there is also a compulsory biometrics/visa-centre charge billed separately by the centre, which we tell you upfront.

Prices shown are per adult passport and indicative as of 2026; children, multiple-entry and express options are quoted separately. Long-process visas can also involve airline/hotel proof and travel insurance we help arrange. Confirmed in writing before you pay anything.

- Passport bio-data page scan (valid 6 months beyond travel, 2+ blank pages)
- Recent passport-size photograph, white background
- Confirmed or dummy return flight ticket
- Hotel booking or accommodation proof for the full stay
- Bank statement, last 3 months (some countries)
For Schengen, UK, USA, Canada & Australia
- Everything on the e-visa list, plus:
- Cover letter stating purpose and dates of travel
- Employer's leave letter, or business registration if self-employed
- ITR for the last 2–3 years
- Bank statement, last 6 months, showing sufficient balance
- Travel insurance (mandatory for Schengen — minimum €30,000 cover)
- Invitation letter, if visiting family or friends
- Day-wise travel itinerary

How visa filing works with us
Send us the destination, travel dates and how many passports are travelling. We tell you which route applies — e-visa, visa-on-arrival, or an appointment-based application — the government and service fees involved, the documents we need from you, and a realistic timeline. For e-visa countries this is usually a WhatsApp exchange of scanned documents and a few working days' wait; for embassy-appointment countries we book the slot and prepare your file so the in-person visit goes smoothly.
We work with Atlys and other established visa-processing partners rather than filing directly ourselves for every country, so you get their tracking and turnaround alongside our checking of your documents and your itinerary before anything is submitted.
What we need from you
A clear passport scan (all travellers), a recent photograph meeting that country's specification, travel dates, and — for longer-process visas — proof of funds, employment or business documents, and your hotel and flight bookings (we can supply the flight and hotel confirmation ourselves if you book those with us).
What we are honest about
Visa approval is the destination government's decision, not ours — we cannot guarantee an outcome, and we say so upfront. What we do control is submitting a complete, correctly prepared application on time, and telling you immediately if something in your documents needs fixing before it becomes a rejection.
