We do not run fixed departures, so there is no price list to hand you. Every trip is costed for one family — your dates, your hotel standard, how many of you are travelling. What moves the number
These four things decide your price far more than the destination does. When we cost a trip, this is what we are working through.
- When you travel. Diwali, Christmas, summer school holidays and the Rann Utsav window cost the most, because flights and hotels both peak together. The same trip in a shoulder month can be 25–40% less. If your dates are flexible by even a week, tell us — it is usually the single biggest saving available to you.
- Which hotels you want. The gap between a clean 3★ and a 5★ resort is the widest variable on this page. We quote more than one standard so you can see the trade, and we tell you where paying more genuinely changes the holiday and where it does not.
- How many of you there are. The car and the guide cost the same whether two people or six are in it, so the per-person price drops noticeably as the group grows. Two couples travelling together will each pay less than either couple alone.
- How early we book the flights. Flights are commonly 35–45% of a trip. Booked six or more weeks out they sit at the bottom of these ranges; booked late in a peak month they can add tens of thousands per person on their own.
How we arrive at your number
- You tell us the shape of the trip. Who is travelling, roughly when, how many nights, and any budget you have in mind. Nothing more is needed to start.
- We design the itinerary first, not the price. Route, pace, how many hotel changes, drive lengths — built around your family rather than pulled off a shelf.
- Then we cost it, at more than one hotel standard. You get real hotel names, not categories, and a price against your actual dates.
- We revise it with you. Most trips go through two or three rounds. Every price is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
Where the flights column says Extra, the figures are land costs only — hotels, transport, guide and the meals listed, but not airfare from Ahmedabad. We quote the flights separately because fares move week to week. Every figure on this page is indicative and moves with your dates, group size and hotel choice. Nothing here is a quote — we confirm your actual price in writing before you pay anything.
