We book the room, not just the package.
Plenty of our clients do not want a full tour — they want a good hotel at a fair price, booked by someone who will pick up the phone if the room is wrong. We hold contracted rates with hotels and vendors across India and abroad, and we book standalone stays as readily as we book whole holidays.
Contracted rates
We buy through hotel chains, DMCs and direct hotelier relationships built over sixteen years. On most properties that means a better rate than the public price on a booking site — and where it does not, we tell you to book it yourself.
Standalone hotels in India
One night in Mumbai for a wedding, a week in Goa, a business trip to Bengaluru. City hotels, resorts, heritage properties and homestays, with rooms held on request until you confirm.
International hotels
Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore, Bali, Colombo, Kuala Lumpur, Europe and further. Booked with the visa, insurance and flights if you want them, or on their own if you do not.
Private villas
Villas from the major brands and villa companies — private pool, cook, staff — in Bali, Thailand, Goa, Lonavala, Alibaug and the hills. We work on thin margins on villas because they sell themselves; the value we add is picking the right one.
We pick, you approve
You get two or three options with real names, the actual room category, what is included at breakfast, and the honest drawback of each. No stock photos, no mystery “4★ or similar”.
When something is wrong
Wrong room, no veg breakfast, a hotel that does not honour the booking — call us and we deal with the hotel. That is the difference between an agent and an app.
How villa bookings work
Villas are priced per night for the whole property, not per person, so a joint family or two families travelling together usually pay less per head than they would for hotel rooms — and get a kitchen, a private pool and their own dining table. For Gujarati families that last point matters: a villa cook can be briefed to make pure-veg or Jain food for the whole stay.
Tell us the destination, the dates, how many bedrooms you need and whether you want a cook. We come back with three villas, their real locations (a Seminyak villa and a Canggu villa are very different holidays), and what each one costs all-in.
What we need from you
City or area, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms and guests with ages, budget per night, and any must-haves — connecting rooms, ground floor, lift, pure-veg kitchen, late check-out. The more you tell us at the start, the fewer rounds it takes.
Payment and cancellation
Most bookings need a deposit to hold and the balance before check-in; some contracted rates are non-refundable and cheaper for it. We always tell you which kind you are buying before you pay, and the cancellation deadline is written on your confirmation.
